Breathwork + somatic practices

Breathwork has been transformational for me — initially as a way to release stress and grief. But last November, I committed to the Soma+IQ breathwork practitioner training program, because I saw how using the breath helps people like me – high-performing creatives, technical professionals and athletes — who have everything they need to reach peak performance, but shut themselves down by avoiding all the challenging emotions.

Now that I am certified, I am developing programming that incorporates breathwork, movement and other somatic practices.
